Yes! Most of our products are designed to suit both dogs and cats unless specifically mentioned. We carefully label each product by pet type for easy shopping.
3. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
At the moment, we do not offer gift wrapping, but our packaging is neat, secure, and ready to gift. If you want to send a product as a gift, you can mention it in your order note.
4. How do I know which product is best for my pet?
Each product on our website includes detailed descriptions, sizes, and recommended pet types (cat, dog, or both). If you're unsure, feel free to message us on Instagram or email us — we’re happy to help you pick the perfect fit!
5. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can monitor the journey of your package.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order may already be in processing or shipped.
7. What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
No worries! Just contact us at tailtrendz.store@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product within 7 days, and we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
8. Do you accept returns or refunds?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return policy for unused, unopened items. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective.
